Our South Calgary law firm requires a full time permanent legal assistant with a MINIUMUM of 2 years experience in general litigation, collections and /or foreclosures. Our office is located in the South Centre Executive Tower on Macleod Trail SE.
We are looking for someone to start immediately and who has the following qualifications:
-Experience with foreclosure, litigation and/or collection files from beginning to end including current knowledge of court filing procedures
-Legal Assistant diploma/certificate
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Strong Organizational Skills and Detail oriented
-Team player who is able to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal direction and who is willing to help out where needed
-Able to multi-task and establish priorities
-Should be familiar with Word Perfect, Word, and PC Law programs
