In this role, you will oversee a manufacturing facility with approximately 200 employees and 10 direct reports, taking full ownership of production, safety, quality, P&L;, and operational performance. You will maintain a strong shop-floor presence, identifying bottlenecks, improving throughput, reducing waste, and developing Production Managers and Supervisors to drive continuous improvement across the facility.

This role would suit an experienced Plant Manager from a high-volume manufacturing environment, looking to take ownership of a large-scale operation and progress into Director of Manufacturing and senior leadership positions.

The Role:





- Lead a high-volume manufacturing facility with approximately 200 employees and 10 direct reports
- Take ownership of P&L;, safety, quality, production, cost, KPIs, throughput, and overall operational performance
- Lead and develop Production Managers and Supervisors, maintaining a robust shop-floor presence while driving operational improvements

The Person:

- Plant Manager, Manufacturing Plant Manager, Factory Manager, or similar
- Experience leading large teams within high-volume manufacturing, such as plastics, automotive, food production, foam, or similar
- P&L;, safety, and people management experience, looking for progression into senior leadership
