In this role, you will oversee a foam manufacturing facility with approximately 100 employees and 6 direct reports, taking full ownership of production, safety, quality, P&L;, and operational performance. You will maintain a strong shop-floor presence, overseeing foam production and fabrication, identifying bottlenecks, improving throughput, reducing waste, and developing your management team to drive continuous improvement across the facility.

This role would suit an experienced Plant Manager from a high-volume manufacturing environment, looking to take ownership of an established operation and progress into Director of Manufacturing and senior leadership positions.

The Role:





- Lead a foam manufacturing facility with approximately 100 employees and 6 direct reports
- Take ownership of P&L;, safety, quality, production, cost, KPIs, throughput, and overall operational performance
- Lead and develop your management team, maintaining a strong shop-floor presence while driving operational improvements

The Person:

- Plant Manager, Manufacturing Plant Manager, Factory Manager, or similar
- Experience leading manufacturing teams, ideally within foam, plastics, automotive, food production, or similar high-volume manufacturing
- Strong P&L;, safety, people management, and continuous improvement experience, looking for progression into senior leadership
