This driving position is based out of Bracebridge. Route is Burks Falls.
As a Courier, you’ll move and deliver items safely, communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, and support reliable day-to-day delivery operations. The role combines careful handling, timely service, and coordination with warehouse teams.
Duties
- Move, load, unload, and organize items, using safe handling practices and heavy lifting as needed.
- Transport deliveries along assigned routes, handle items carefully, and provide courteous customer service.
- Coordinate with warehouse colleagues on item readiness, delivery updates, and accurate handoffs.
- Use a forklift when appropriate and within your training, following workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
Required: Practical moving and heavy-lifting capability,
clear communication, and a customer-focused approach are important for safe handling, dependable deliveries, and professional interactions. Preferred: Commercial driving skills, forklift experience, and warehouse experience can support productive route work, safe equipment use, and smooth coordination.
