In this role, you will oversee a molded foam manufacturing facility with approximately 40 employees and 3 - 4 direct reports, taking full ownership of production, safety, quality, P&L;, and operational performance. You will maintain a strong shop-floor presence, identifying bottlenecks, improving throughput, reducing waste, and developing your team to drive continuous improvement across the facility.

This role would suit an experienced Plant Manager with a molded foam manufacturing background, looking to take ownership of an established operation and progress into Director of Manufacturing and senior leadership positions.

The Role:





- Lead a molded foam manufacturing facility with approximately 40 employees and 3 - 4 direct reports
- Take ownership of P&L;, safety, quality, production, cost, KPIs, throughput, and overall operational performance
- Lead and develop your team, maintaining a robust shop-floor presence while driving operational improvements

The Person:

- Plant Manager, Manufacturing Plant Manager, Factory Manager, or similar
- Molded foam manufacturing experience
- P&L;, safety, and people management experience
