We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an ADP Implementation Specialist to join their payroll team on a 6-month contract. The organization has recently moved onto ADP and needs a hands-on specialist to finish the job. You will stabilize the system, clear the open issues left after go-live, and make sure configuration and pay results are right.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead post-implementation support for ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Management (time and attendance)
- Assess and work through the outstanding backlog of system and payroll issues, and prioritize by risk and impact
- Raise, track and follow up on ADP service cases until they are resolved, and keep one central issues log
- Diagnose timekeeping problems such as punches, clocks, schedules, approvals and employee access
- Identify the root causes of recurring errors, and put permanent fixes in place of manual workarounds
- Review and support configuration changes, and flag any payroll impact before they go live
- Design test scenarios for system updates, run them, and record expected versus actual results
- Validate pay rules,



accruals, shift premiums and overtime calculations after each change
- Support regression testing, and keep configuration and process documentation up to date
- Give the payroll team direct system support during peak processing periods What You Bring
- 4+ years of payroll experience in a large, multi-entity organization
- Experience in a unionized environment with both hourly and salaried staff
- Expert-level knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Management
- Hands-on experience with an ADP implementation or upgrade, ideally including post-go-live configuration, setup changes and testing
- Robust understanding of shift-based operations, such as rotating schedules, 24/7 coverage, night premiums and overtime rules
- PCP or PLP designation is preferred
- Organized and persistent, comfortable owning issues from start to finish What’s on Offer
