Coordinate policy transactions for Cowan Insurance Group’s Personal Insurance department using insurer portals, EPIC, and careful data validation.
This Client Support role reports to the Manager, Personal Insurance, supporting customers, Brokers, and insurance markets. You will manage endorsements, new business, cancellations, rewrites, and renewals. Accuracy, productivity, brokerage procedures, and carrier requirements guide daily processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process endorsements, cancellations, rewrites, and renewals
- Review transactions for accuracy before portal submission
- Follow brokerage workflows, compliance requirements, and audit standards
- Process EPIC homebase activities for team workgroups
- Provide backup across Personal Insurance workflows when required
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in changing work demands
- Sound judgement, ethics, and integrity
- Skilled, proactive, and positive work attitude
- Experience with EPIC is an asset
- Post-secondary education is an asset
