Support utility construction as an Equipment Operator with Forbes Bros. Group of Companies. Operate diverse equipment while coordinating safely with field crews.

Initially based in Yorkton or Prince Albert, this in office position supports distribution projects across the region. Working under a Foreman or Lead Hand, you will operate construction equipment, follow site plans, and maintain reliable equipment. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, with frequent overtime and weekend work as project requirements dictate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate loaders, dozers, telehandlers, graders, and excavators
- Use locating, hydrovac, directional drilling, and utility equipment
- Understand assigned tasks and coordinate equipment activities




- Provide feedback on field requirements to construction teams
- Advise the Fleet Foreman about repairs and maintenance needs

Requirements:

- Three to five years of equipment operating experience
- Demonstrated loader, excavator, and skid steer experience
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5A driver’s licence required
- Class 3A or Class 1A licence highly preferred
- Ability to work safely and effectively with crews
