Support industrial water treatment programs as a Chemical Support Engineer serving pulp and paper customers throughout Ontario. Travel to sites as needed.

Solenis seeks a technical resource who can apply treatment chemicals and equipment safely, effectively, and cost-efficiently. You will collaborate with Sales Account Managers while supporting customer operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving program performance. Laboratory testing, pumps, pipefitting, and electrical systems experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and optimize customer treatment programs
- Provide pre-sales expertise and technical customer support
- Prepare service records, databases, and weekly reports




- Communicate findings to customers and Sales Account Managers
- Contribute technical input to proposals and documentation

Requirements:

- Knowledge of industrial processes and customer operations
- Proactive, results-driven approach to problem-solving
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout a two-hour customer radius
- Participate in an on-call weekend rotation
