The City of Red Deer needs a Facility Operations Custodial Lead to guide staff and maintain public-ready facilities. You will coordinate daily operations, event setups, security tasks, and booking requirements. Accurate records and effective communication are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily facility operations and event preparations
- Guide staff toward cleanliness, service, and performance standards
- Operate equipment and complete basic maintenance tasks
- Support security, emergency response, and risk management
- Maintain reports, inventories, and facility use records

Requirements:

- Knowledge of sporting and other facility activities
- Ability to operate power and hand tools
- Ability to perform general handyman duties
- Accurate arithmetic, inventory, and recordkeeping abilities
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
