The CAD Associate works with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, project managers, and design stakeholders to communicate technical deliverables. Responsibilities include preparing drawings, network architecture diagrams, calculations, bills of material, and as-built documentation. The position requires experience in drafting and design within information technology, instrumentation and controls, electronics, or security industries. Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, or related technologies is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare qualified design documents throughout project execution cycles
- Produce physical security and building technology as-built drawings

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant drafting and design experience
- Ability to create legible, accessible, aesthetically pleasing drawings
- Required AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Windows, and Microsoft Office experience
- Strong understanding of physical security or technology industries
- Strong English communication skills and attention to detail
