This associate-level chance sits within Property Valuation Practice and Deals Valuation. You will contribute to valuations for taxation, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory reporting, financial reporting, and planning. The practice works across core and alternative asset classes, supporting pension funds, REITs, private equity, developers, and other real estate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research real estate markets across numerous Canadian markets
- Draft valuation reports, memos, analyses, and client pitches
- Support real estate assurance reviews of methodologies and assumptions
- Contribute to appraisals,
financial modeling, and purchase price allocations
- Interact with PwC Valuations and Real Assets team members
Requirements:
- Real estate background, potentially with valuation focus
- Interest in internationally recognized or local valuation qualifications
- Knowledge of highest and best use analysis is favourable
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and multitask
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Argus
