This Labour Relations Specialist supports respectful, consistent practices across the organization. Responsibilities include advising leaders, interpreting collective agreements, preparing grievance responses, and resolving employee concerns. You will maintain confidential records and collaborate with HR and business leaders on recurring workplace issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with union representatives, leaders, and team members
- Review concerns and gather information for grievance responses
- Assist with workplace investigations and employee concern resolution




- Identify recurring issues and share practical recommendations
- Maintain confidential records and prepare required reports

Requirements:

- Progressive Human Resources experience in unionized workplaces
- Two to three years of hands-on labour relations experience
- Collective agreement interpretation and grievance management experience
- Objective analysis, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive files and competing deadlines
