Working in Mental Health and Supported Housing, you will help maintain positive tenant relations at the Cordova House site. The work includes responding to tenant enquiries and emergencies, facilitating building access, and providing essential office support. Duties include mail distribution, phone answering, and file maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to tenant enquiries and emergencies
- Maintain good tenant relations across the site
- Facilitate tenant and visitor access to the building




- Distribute mail and answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain accurate office files

Requirements:

- Recent experience in supported housing or residential support
- High school diploma or Grade 12 equivalent required
- Level 1 Occupational First Aid certificate required
- WHMIS training required; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention preferred
- Ability to work compassionately with mental health challenges and addictions
