The Merchandise Manager leads store merchandising and operational execution while partnering with store leadership on staffing and business needs. Responsibilities include inventory routines, truck execution, SISO replenishment, ad sets, price changes, and a customer-ready sales floor. You will also coach team members and maintain operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain visual standards and initial product presentation
- Complete planogram sets accurately and on schedule

Requirements:

- Three or more years of retail leadership experience
