This Account Manager supports Account Executives and the BSAA Personal Insurance team through client service and account administration. You will liaise about coverage requests, present quotes and renewals, bind coverage, negotiate insurer terms, and maintain technical relationships. Accuracy remains essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track client file status with Account Executives and colleagues
- Communicate coverage and renewal updates with clients
- Present quotes, endorsements, and renewals for client orders
- Bind coverage with underwriters and maintain insurer relationships
- Manage invoices,



policy documents, claims, and expiration lists

Requirements:

- Minimum three to five years of Personal insurance experience
- General Insurance Agent Level II license through British Columbia
- Equivalent provincial license with ability to obtain British Columbia licensing
- Post-secondary degree is considered an asset
- Epic broker management system experience is an asset
