Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate internal theft and policy violation incidents
- Manage external theft cases and safely apprehend subjects
- Track investigations within the case management system

Requirements:

- Two or more years’ multi-unit loss prevention experience
- Provincial license and federal, provincial, and local law knowledge
- Demonstrated internal investigation and exception reporting experience
- Robust written, verbal, customer service, and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving, time management, and detail orientation
