This senior Construction Director role leads planning through completion while managing direct-hire and subcontractor activities. You will oversee large, multidisciplinary construction teams supporting earthworks, foundations, structural concrete, buildings, and infrastructure. The project forms part of the Arctic Over the Horizon Radar Program and uses an Aecon-led joint venture with Pomerleau and Stantec.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive pre-construction and execution activities safely and efficiently
- Oversee direct-hire and subcontractor construction performance
