TJX Canada is seeking a Store Manager for its recent WINNERS store in Swift Current. This leadership role covers frontline, cash office, backroom, scheduling, shipping, receiving, and customer service. You will also guide Assistant Managers and Associates through training, development, feedback, and clear action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage frontline, cash office, backroom, and customer service operations
- Coordinate scheduling, shipping, receiving, markdowns, and presentation
- Review reports, conduct walkthroughs, audits, and program meetings
- Recommend merchandise, inventory, pricing, and presentation improvements




- Communicate initiatives, targets, priorities, and action plans

Requirements:

- Three to five years managing retail stores or districts
- Success driving significant sales revenue in dynamic environments
- Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience mentoring and providing feedback to team members
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail store operations and loss prevention
