As a Senior Associate, you will work within RSM’s Technical Accounting Consulting practice on diverse client engagements. Your responsibilities include financial and business advisory guidance, technical memo preparation, and performance improvement analysis. Success requires relevant public accounting, technical accounting, or financial reporting experience, plus advanced communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients with technical accounting and financial guidance
- Apply complex financial accounting concepts to engagements
- Assist with technical memos and client deliverables




- Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients
- Work across RSM service lines for integrated delivery

Requirements:

- Accounting or equivalent BS or BA degree
- Two or more years of recent relevant experience
- Technical knowledge of US GAAP and or IFRS
- Advanced written and verbal communication abilities
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred

Develop financial reporting advisory expertise while applying accounting standards and communication skills across RSM client engagements.
