Use overhead line construction skills to set poles, string wire, and maintain transmission systems with Western Pacific Enterprises, Ltd. in field locations.

This Journeyman Power-Lineman position supports overhead distribution and transmission work within Western Pacific Enterprises, Ltd., a MYR Group company. You will tune lines to strict specifications, install equipment, and supervise Groundmen and Apprentices. Strong safety awareness and communication are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair overhead distribution and transmission lines
- Set poles for electrical line construction projects
- String recent wire and maintain existing wire
- Tune overhead lines to required specifications and stagger
- Install and maintain insulators, transformers, and related equipment

Requirements:

- Presently qualified as a Journeyman Power-Lineman
- Required documentation showing program completion
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work at heights up to and above 100 feet
- Ability to follow workplace directions and safety rules
