Support GMP quality control at Septodont's Novocol Pharma site in Cambridge, Ontario, using analytical testing and laboratory instrumentation during afternoon hours.

As an entry-level Chemist I, you will perform testing tied to pharmaceutical quality requirements. Your work covers incoming materials, in-process samples, bulk and finished products, stability samples, complaints, and special studies. You will follow approved methods, specifications, safety requirements, and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test incoming, in-process, bulk, finished, and stability samples
- Complete special studies and validation sample testing
- Notify management about deviations and suspect results
- Document investigations, follow-up actions, and analytical activities
- Provide records and technical information for audits

Requirements:

- Chemistry degree or diploma, or related education
- Pharmaceutical or related industry experience is an asset
- Proven analytical skills with problem-solving ability
- Self-directed approach within a team workplace
- Experience with Empower and LIMS is an asset
