The Fit4Less Manager manages direct reports and people requirements using provided tools and resources. You facilitate recruitment, lead onboarding, and provide coaching, learning, development, and performance management. You also ensure Associates deliver friendly service, cleanliness, and safe experiences for Members and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate recruitment based on approved team budgets
- Lead onboarding, coaching, learning, and development
- Manage direct-report performance and Associate engagement
- Train teams to handle member concerns effectively
- Complete administrative duties, emails, calls, and documentation
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Experience leading, training, and motivating teams
- Customer service skills
- Calm approach under pressure and ability to handle stress
- Ability to assign responsibilities and create inspiring conditions
