This Administrative Support IV position handles complex referral procedures within Referral Management, FAST. You will work with providers, specialists, Medical Office Assistants, Registered Nurses, and administrative colleagues to support each patient’s referral journey. Accuracy, organization, and respectful communication are central to timely specialist distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process referrals clerically from receipt through specialist forwarding
- Enter patient and referral information with accuracy
- Coordinate timely distribution for consultation appointments




- Maintain standard workflows and support best practices
- Contribute to department and zone improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Some post-secondary education
- Office administration certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Recent experience in surgical specialties or related settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and established deadlines
