This Sales Associate role focuses on engaging customers through the store’s selling model and available tools. You will handle transactions, use shipping and marketing tools, and help resolve complex concerns. You will also contribute to sales goals, merchandising, stocking, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers and anticipate future product and service needs
- Handle POS transactions, shipping, and marketing tools
- De-escalate complex customer situations or refer concerns appropriately
- Set sales and margin goals with store leaders

Requirements:
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Three months to one year prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Ability to use selling tools and techniques
