Serve Paradox Vancouver hotel guests through timely room delivery, polished presentation, and knowledgeable food and beverage service.

As an In-Room Dining Server, you will support hotel guests throughout their service experience. The position covers order delivery, guest engagement, billing checks, tray retrieval, and operational readiness. You will also support Paradox Breakfast and communicate with Culinary, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Banquet, Stewarding, and Operations teams to maintain smooth service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms professionally
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations about menus and hotel services
- Retrieve trays and maintain clean hallways and service areas
- Support breakfast setup, food running,



and guest interactions
- Assist opening, closing, stocking, and side duties

Requirements:

- Food Protected Level 1 and Serving It Right certification required
- Food and beverage or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Team-oriented, reliable, and guest-focused approach
- Ability to work required flexible shifts and holidays
