Reporting to the Manager of Client Service, the Business Operations Support Representative III supports TD Wealth Private Investment Advice. You will coordinate day-to-day administration, operational communications, compliance activities, equipment needs, and premises matters. Reception responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing phone lines, and supporting meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager of Client Service with daily operations
- Communicate operational, administrative, and compliance activities
- Coordinate premises issues, displays, and equipment requirements
- Promote branch initiatives and suggest process improvements
- Manage reception calls, mail, couriers, and meeting logistics
Requirements:
- Business undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred
- Industry-related courses completed or pursuing considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
