Keep rooms and dorms clean across a remote lodge site while coaching teams and following Dexterra Group quality standards. Travel to camp is provided.

This Head Housekeeper position supports daily housekeeping and janitorial operations in a remote camp setting. You work alongside employees, provide feedback, prepare keys and clipboards, and ensure safety controls are followed. The schedule is two weeks on and one week off, with possible nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure room and dorm cleanliness throughout the site
- Work with the Camp Manager on quality standards
- Prepare housekeeper clipboards, keys, DWB’s, and FLRA’s
- Communicate discrepancies and changes with front desk associates
- Maintain secure cleaning and sanitation practices

Requirements:

- Experience in housekeeping is required
- Related remote lodge or hotel experience
- Supervisor or management skills are required
- Valid government-issued photo identification for site travel
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
