Help manufacture Baxter IV solutions in Alliston through filling, visual inspection, and sterilizer-tray loading. Work permanent full time days, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00 EST.

This Filling Operator position supports Baxter’s mission to save and sustain lives through high-quality production. On a rotating basis, you will fill IV bags, verify volumes, inspect quality characteristics, seal protective over-wrap, and position assemblies for sterilization. Manufacturing or food-industry experience is relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform visual inspections of filled IV bag assemblies
- Position bags in protective over-wrap specifications
- Load over-wrapped bags into sealing machines
- Complete quality checks throughout each process step
- Maintain clean, safe areas using 6S principles

Requirements:

- Completed high school diploma or GED
- Food or manufacturing industry experience
- Assembly-line experience preferred
- Positive attitude and teamwork ability
- Quality assurance focus and attention to detail
