Coach Beauty Advisors and lead Sephora’s sales floor at Yorkdale. Use training and performance leadership to strengthen every client interaction.
This regular, full-time position manages the Stage at Sephora’s ON-Yorkdale store in North York. You will guide Stage Experience Leads and Beauty Advisors, applying Sephora’s selling model to support company goals. The position reports to the Store Director and works with Store Operations & Talent and Beauty Services leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute onboarding and selling model training sessions
- Serve as Client Experience Lead in-store
- Resolve feedback from clients and service channels
- Plan and staff events for learning and sales
- Replenish visuals and inventory on the sales floor
Requirements:
- Two to four years’ management experience or equivalent internal experience
- Metrics-driven approach to company expectations and goals
- Ability to maintain composure and conduct tough conversations
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Solid verbal and written communication with business partners
