As Service Supervisor, you will help deliver high-quality service within a best-in-class equipment dealership. You will act as the key contact for shop service requirements, coordinate repair follow-up, and guide team members toward customer and business expectations. Financial work-order details include customer pay, warranties, claims, policies, and redos.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service for shop requirements
- Create quotes and review internal and external invoices
- Direct financial implications of work orders
- Manage work-in-progress and contamination control
- Encourage continuous improvement through meetings and training

Requirements:

- Minimum post-secondary education
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience
- Experience supporting customer satisfaction and service standards
- Ability to review quotes and invoices
- Ability to manage work-order financial details
