Working alongside Operations or District Managers, you help ensure policies, procedures, menus, and company programs are followed. The position includes operational audits, follow-up documentation, employee relations support, complaint resolution, and supervision of up to eight employees. Travel between locations, including overnight travel when needed, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret policies and promote consistent application across school locations
- Ensure menu adherence and company program compliance




- Investigate operational complaints and develop satisfactory solutions
- Plan, assign, and direct work in assigned units
- Attend district special functions and support client expectations

Requirements:

- Two to five years of food service industry experience
- Ability to read procedures and write routine reports
- Ability to calculate percentages, proportions, discounts, and amounts
- Ability to identify problems, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- Valid driver's license and overnight travel availability
