Varsity is launching a brand current venue in Midland, featuring food, beverages, bowling, and arcade entertainment. As a Supervisor, you will help lead shifts, support the crew, and maintain service, safety, and venue standards. Hospitality experience and busy-service knowledge are important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead shifts while keeping the crew supported
- Coach and train team members during service
- Support positive guest experiences across the venue
- Maintain service, safety, and venue standards
- Work alongside management to build Varsity Midland

Requirements:

- Hospitality experience and understanding of busy service
- Ability to lead teams with good shift energy
- Confidence making decisions under pressure
- Availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays
- RSA or willingness to obtain one
