Support patients and families through clinical nutrition care with New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program, known as the hospital without walls. This Moncton position is permanent and part time.

The Dietitian 1 manages nutritional care within an interdisciplinary EMP team serving people in homes and communities. You will coordinate and provide quality care within your scope of practice. The work promotes, maintains, or restores functional performance for patients and families receiving coordinated primary health care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nutritional care to patients and families
- Manage care within established professional scope
- Coordinate quality services through the EMP team
- Promote functional performance through nutritional care
- Contribute to coordinated primary health care

Requirements:

- Dietitians of Canada approved nutrition sciences degree
- Good standing with Recent Brunswick dietitian association
- Knowledge of Extra-Mural target populations
- Knowledge of available community services
- Clean criminal record check and good driving record
