Resolve application issues across Canada Cartage’s warehouse technology portfolio in Mississauga, combining technical support with project coordination.

This IT Application Analyst position supports daily operations across WMS, shipping platforms, picking technology, printing solutions, portals, and related systems. You will manage tickets, investigate root causes, coordinate vendors, and assist infrastructure and security teams. The hybrid schedule includes three in-office days each week, with occasional travel and after-hours support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to SLAs while managing application support incidents
- Assist Service Desk, Infrastructure, and EDI troubleshooting activities
- Coordinate local printing, desktop, network, and warehouse support
- Prepare application test plans, cases, results,



and defect triage
- Train users and trainers through documentation and SOPs

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills developed through five-plus years of relevant experience
- Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation communication
- Ability to prioritize simultaneous support and project initiatives
- Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
