Apply grading expertise and earthmoving skills as a Finish Dozer Operator on Blackline Civil Inc. projects throughout Alberta. This is a full-time construction position.
You will complete rough and finish grading for earthworks, road building, utilities, and site development. Success requires reading site plans, using grade stakes and laser levels, maintaining site grades, and working safely around underground utilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain site grades according to project specifications
- Strip topsoil, backfill trenches, and spread material
- Operate dozers efficiently on active construction sites
- Coordinate work with foremen and grade crews
- Maintain clean, safe construction work areas
Requirements:
- At least three years of civil dozer experience
- Experience with GPS machine control systems is an asset
- Ability to read grade stakes, laser levels, and plans
- Valid Class 5 license with reliable transportation
- Robust work ethic, reliability, and team attitude
