This full time Procurement Coordinator works within The Fastener Group’s wholesale distribution model. The position supports inventory management for multiple branch locations and a centralized Distribution Center. Core work includes replenishment, demand planning, purchasing analysis, supplier communication, and record accuracy. Experience in distribution purchasing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales trends and inventory performance for buying decisions
- Maintain optimal stock levels across branches and Distribution Center
- Review supplier lead times and minimize inventory risks
- Partner with warehouse, logistics,



and sales teams
- Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier, and inventory records

Requirements:

- Minimum five years purchasing or inventory management experience
- Experience purchasing across branches and centralized distribution
- Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
