Lead children’s birthday parties at Michaels in MON-LAVAL/EAST, QC, combining creative instruction, face painting, and attentive guest service.

You will create fun, creative environments for guests ranging from ages four to 94 and older. The position coordinates party add-ons, adjusts events to client needs, and maintains satisfaction. Retail service includes helping customers, checkout, Rewards enrollment, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate birthday parties, craft classes, and other events
- Instruct participants through craft projects and activities
- Provide goody bags, balloons, and party add-ons
- Create backup plans for event needs or emergencies
- Ensure cleanliness and safety before and after events

Requirements:

- Energetic, enthusiastic personality and excellent people skills
- Experience with children and children’s events
- Robust written, verbal, nonverbal, and listening communication
- Ability to handle job stress effectively
- Regular bending, lifting, reaching, stretching, and ladder access
