As a Food Service Worker at Royal Inland Hospital, you will support Interior Health’s Support Services team. This relief full-time assignment continues until the incumbent returns. The work includes ingredient measurement, vegetable preparation, meal service, beverage assembly, and meal cart delivery across dining or cafeteria operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients for assigned food preparation areas
- Wash and peel produce for food preparation
- Assemble tea, coffee, sandwiches, and salads
- Prepare bag lunches and Meals on Wheels items
- Deliver meal carts and clean service areas

Requirements:

- Grade 10 or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Current Food Safe Certificate
- Reliable and versatile work approach
- Motivation to support hospital food service
- Availability for rotating evening work
