This Forward Deployed Data Analyst position owns configuration quality for new and existing customers. You will partner with clients and Customer Success to define how organizations measure work. You will translate business intent into clear rules, configure software, and improve metrics, reporting, and analytics processes. Product and Engineering collaboration helps identify improvement opportunities and inform the roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own setup, configuration, and implementation for new customers

Requirements:

- Solid SQL and database knowledge
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Experience translating business intent into testable rules
- Rigorous attention to conflicts, overlap, and correctness
- Client-facing implementation, analytics, solutions, or customer success experience
