Coordinate sample orders at Divine Flooring using warehouse software, careful documentation, and reliable packaging practices. This full-time, permanent position runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with overtime as required.
As a Samples Distribution Associate, you help ensure flooring samples meet company standards before distribution. Your work includes preparing packages, maintaining documents, labeling shipments, supporting inventory, and keeping workflows moving. You will also perform light computer tasks, follow safety procedures, and train team members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare flooring sample orders for clients and sales teams
- Apply explicit, accurate labels to sample packages
- Review documents and samples using the specification guide
- Keep sample workflows and order completion on schedule
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse work areas
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated work style with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and warehouse software
- Forklift experience is considered an asset
