Ledcor Highways Ltd. is seeking Operators for winter maintenance opportunities across Alberta from October 1 to April 30. Potential year-round employment is available. The work involves snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, highway maintenance, and assisting with labourer duties. Training is provided for relevant equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snowplow trucks throughout Alberta highway maintenance routes
- Use wheel loaders and other heavy equipment as required
- Assist with bridge and signage cleaning duties
- Perform hazard remediation and pothole repair activities
- Work shifts, on-call periods, and night shifts

Requirements:

- Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
- Explicit three-year driver’s abstract
- Successful pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outside
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
