Bring paralegal expertise to ONxpress Civils’ Legal Affairs team, supporting contract administration, compliance, and disputes across major rail infrastructure projects.

This experienced Paralegal works with lawyers and multidisciplinary project teams on the GO Expansion Program. Responsibilities span legal documentation, contract databases, claims tracking, regulatory research, dispute files, corporate governance, and legal operations. The position supports collaborative delivery under Alliance agreements with Metrolinx.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support contract administration, claims tracking, and dispute resolution matters
- Research legal and regulatory requirements and prepare summaries
- Manage records, templates, policies, procedures, and document systems
- Assist external counsel and legal service provider management




- Support insurance, risk management, and corporate governance activities

Requirements:

- Five or more years of relevant legal or project workplace experience
- Understanding of legal principles, contract management, and document control
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across project activities

Use legal operations, regulatory research, and stakeholder coordination skills to support ONxpress Civils’ complex transportation infrastructure work.
