Provide residential support for youth in Coquitlam, helping with health, safety, routines, and development. Work full-time from Sunday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Hollyburn Family Services is hiring a Child and Youth Care Worker for its Therapeutic Home. This temporary position ends in May 2027 and includes senior worker duties. You will build relationships with youth, monitor behaviors, support care plans, and communicate with families, courts, and outside agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor behaviors and encourage appropriate social standards
- Attend youth medical, dental, and court needs
- Liaise with families, courts, and outside agencies
- Provide safe communication spaces and future care planning support
- Attend meetings and submit reports within deadlines

Requirements:

- Residential care worker experience meeting the stated education pathway
- Clear, direct, and sensitive written communication skills
- Transparent, direct, and sensitive verbal communication skills
- Proof of a COVID-19 double vaccination record
- Valid British Columbia Class 5 Driver’s License
