Golden Eagle Sable Fish is seeking an Assistant Hatchery Manager to support integrated hatchery operations. You will coordinate staff activities, oversee maintenance and equipment installation, and maintain accurate production records. The position supports protected, efficient operations and production goals established by the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly staff activities
- Ensure records and data entries meet submission requirements
- Support established monthly and annual production goals
- Ensure safety, quality,



and operational procedures are followed
- Review and update hatchery standard operating procedures

Requirements:

- Five years of aquaculture experience minimum
- Freshwater or marine hatchery systems experience
- Knowledge of recirculating aquaculture systems
- Demonstrated team-building and leadership skills
- Production-focused organizational and problem-solving approach
