You ensure customer specifications, output expectations, and regulatory requirements are met. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead employees through plating department operations and assignments
- Verify racks, panels, bath temperatures, current, and handling procedures
- Review blueprints, traveler documents, and work instructions

Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of PCB processing, product flow, and handling
