As part of BrokerLink’s growing team, you will answer insurance questions and provide guidance while processing client and insurer documentation. The work includes receiving walk-in clients, quoting new business, and retaining an existing book. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are important for handling multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries and conduct client care calls
- Process renewals, policy changes, and insurance certificates
- Quote recent business through outbound calls and letters
- Receive walk-in clients and provide requested assistance
- Keep current on underwriting rules and workflows
Requirements:
- Preferred minimum one year Personal Insurance experience
- Strong customer-driven mindset and professional conduct
