Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate freight quotations, pickups, deliveries, and tracking
- Review shipping destinations, dates, weights, and dimensions
- Prepare bills of lading and commercial documentation




- Coordinate customs documentation for cross-border shipments
- Provide timely shipping-status updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

- Three years of shipping, receiving, or logistics experience
- Experience resolving shipping or receiving discrepancies
- Knowledge of packaging, loading, and material handling
- Understanding of CUSMA/USMCA requirements
- Robust planning, analytical, and follow-up skills
