This Construction Estimator and Quantity Surveyor role supports conceptual, budgetary, and detailed estimates for construction work. You will develop cost breakdowns, pricing schedules, productivity calculations, and resource assessments. Your work also supports bid strategies through benchmarking, operations collaboration, and commercial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimate summaries and cost breakdown structures
- Develop pricing schedules meeting client and internal requirements
- Support bid pricing through cost analysis and benchmarking
- Identify cost, schedule, market, and commercial risks
- Prepare tender submissions and executive approval materials
Requirements:
- Five or more years in estimating or quantity surveying
- Demonstrated detailed estimate and quote evaluation experience
- Robust construction cost, procurement, and subcontracting understanding
- Strong communication, negotiation, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Relevant diploma or degree in construction or engineering
