This Supervisor, Underwriting position provides functional expertise to Underwriting Operations Leads, Underwriters, and Underwriting Specialists. You will develop people, influence change, and contribute to strategic plans aligned with organizational and departmental goals. Strong insurance knowledge and staff development experience support success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide Underwriting Operations Leads, Underwriters, and Specialists
- Coach teams and support colleague development

- Influence change and improve operational efficiencies
- Propose solutions using critical thinking and client focus

Requirements:

- Five years of successful related insurance or work experience
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
- Knowledge of insurance products, processes, and practices
- Chartered Insurance Skilled designation is an asset
